The below terms and conditions apply to the purchase and redemption of any Evolution Laser Clinic gift card. By purchasing a gift card from ELC means you have accepted these conditions.

Evolution Laser retains the right to refuse the sale of gift card to any person at any time.

If the gift card purchased is a gift for another person, they too will be bound by these conditions. The law of the state in which the gift card is purchased applies to this agreement. By entering into this agreement, you unconditionally submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the state where the gift card is purchased.

In addition to the above terms, the following will also apply:

• Due to new legislation which went into effect in March 2018, all Evolution Laser Clinic gift cards expire three years from the date of issue. Previously printed gift cards will still have a twelve-month expiry, which can be ignored. Gift cards purchased from ELC prior to March 2018 will retain their twelve-month expiry.
• The gift card may only be used to purchase goods or services at the Evolution Laser Clinic from which the gift card was purchased.
• Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new gift card, or be replaced after expiry and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities.
• Anyone holding the gift card can use its value to make purchases, so your gift card should be kept secure. If your gift card is lost or stolen, immediately report this to the Evolution Laser Clinic from which it was purchased.
• If a gift card is lost or stolen, we are be able to cancel the gift card value from being used but take no responsibility and are not liable for any loss suffered by you as a result of a lost or stolen gift card. If the cards balance is removed before the report is lodged, we accept no responsibility for the lost funds and a refund cannot be done.
• We may replace a faulty, lost or stolen gift card in our absolute discretion. Any replacement gift card will have the same unused value (at the time of replacement) and expiry date. Gift cards will be void if they are defaced, mutilated, altered or tampered with in any way. We may subject gift cards to verification and security checks in our absolute discretion.
• We may cancel any gift card, or the gift card scheme, for any reason at any time without notice. If so, we may either provide a refund or a replacement gift card of equivalent value unless we reasonably suspect fraud in relation to a gift card. The gift card remains the property of Evolution Laser Clinic.
• After a gift card has expired, it is no longer valid. All transactions will be declined. Unused value will not be refunded and will become the property of Evolution Laser Clinic.

If you find it cheaper, we will match it.

Evolution Laser Clinic’s will match any major competitor’s current advertised price providing it is the same treatment using the same equipment. To benefit from our price promise, the competitor must be within a 5km radius of Evolution Laser Clinic. The price match applies to all laser hair removal and tattoo removal. Our price promise does not apply to evolveMD skincare, full body laser hair removal or cosmetic injectables.

Clients must provide proof of the competitor’s cheaper price and we reserve the right to contact the competitor to ensure the price is correct and still valid. Using the Price Guarantee, clients may only purchase 1 treatment at the discounted price. The Price Promise discount will not be applied where the treatment has already been paid for or received. The Price Promise does not apply to offers made by competitors on group buying, discount or coupon websites.

Please note that franchisees reserve the right not to match a competitor’s price in certain circumstances, such as during special promotions or limited-time offers.
